Today the Town of Black Mountain announced it was awarded $1,650,000 through the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Flood Resiliency Blueprint Program to advance a major flood mitigation and green infrastructure project at Veterans Park.

UNC Greensboro marketing students are working with Black Mountain leadership to encourage visitors to return to this charming mountain town in North Carolina.

In support of connecting visitors to local businesses and destination experiences, the Town of Black Mountain recently launched discoverblackmountain.org.
